Health awareness starts with building a connection with yourself. So, what does building a connection mean- it occurs when you form a bond with another person, but in this case with yourself. This truly starts with mental health. When taking a moment to stop and address the things that create a chemical imbalance, we can start to open new doors of clarity.

Hajar’s House is passionate about supporting the women and their child who have faced challenges of homelessness, abuse, financial, and have experienced a lack of support as a result of displacement in their lives. Hajar’s House will show the many ways to create and rebuild your support circle through several different therapies.

You are our first priority. We are taught to help those before ourselves. to achieve success when learning more about health awareness, you need to process mental , physical , and spiritual health. Hajar’s house works with you through each of these stages to gain clarity in order to more forward in your journey.
